GET CONNECTED AT BIBLEWAY
The Bibleway Complex offers an array of ministries to engage both members and visitors. There is a place for everyone to learn, grow and serve. This website highlights several of the ongoing ministries along with standing departments. Every individual is encouraged to involve themselves in as many areas that match their skills and interest.
All Men Are God's Men is a ministry that addresses the need for Christian men in today’s society to live up to God’s expectations. When men realize and fulfill their God-given roles as fathers, husbands, leaders, and servants, then God's Kingdom can be furthered and families can be strengthened. This ministry meets on the 1st and 2nd Tuesday’s of each month at 7:00p.m.
The Sisterhood
The BWCC Sisterhood provides opportunities for young women to enrich their personal growth, spiritual values and Christian morals through promoting self-knowledge, self-development and self-esteem. Designed for females ages 18-35, this association addresses the health, cultural, and social concerns of its members. The vision of the Sisterhood is to create a network of sisters who are empowered to love, assist, and serve. The group meets monthly with creative themes incorporated into each meeting.
Usher's Department
The mission of the Ushers’ Department is to be ambassadors of kindness and exercise compassion with all people; to welcome every visitor and saint with the spirit of humility and love; to display the kind of Christian attributes that help people let down their guard, open their hearts, and relax their minds for the worship of God.
Media Ministry
The media ministry at BWCC is a vibrant and evolving ministry responsible for promoting the services, events, and activities of The Complex in-house and throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area. The media department oversees the production of CDs, DVDs, and the radio ministry and also produces the monthly church bulletins. Staff members use cutting edge technology to keep members and visitors engaged in services such as Easy Worship, PowerPoint presentations, and illustrated sermon notes.
Evangelism Department
Mission of the Evangelism Department is to preach the Gospel to the poor; heal the brokenhearted; preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind; to set at liberty them that are bruised; to preach the acceptable year of the Lord.
Two programs contribute to the fulfillment of the mission. The women of Bibleway create their own quilts and donate the finished projects for:
- The Winter Quilts for the Needy Program, under the leadership of Mother Rosetta Adams, which provides quilts to the homeless.
- The Christmas Program held at Ranken Jordan, a hospital for children with special needs.
