There is a sound of the abundance of rain. Many commentators say that when Elijah made that statement there were no clouds in the sky to suggest that rain was coming. However, Elijah held on to the promises of God.
When a man reaches a place of the "DIN" this means that he dissolves the clatter and chatter of the world is shut out. He can hear the words of Gods blessings before they ever appear in sight.
What do you do when you have heard the sound of abundance in your Spirit and it does not align with the natural? You have to trust God when you can not trace Him! The just shall live by Faith, without Faith it is impossible to please God, He is a re-warder to those who diligently seek him. Know that the natural man receives not the Spirit of God.
Never doubt what you heard in your Spirit. Know that you heard the sound of the abundance of rain.
Be persistent, keep on praying for the Lord is neigh, his word if true, just, and He will answer you!
You are too close and you cannot turn around, keep on praying!
